Clarity Control Films provides video production, photography, and digital marketing services. Specific scope, pricing, and deliverables are defined in individual proposals or agreements, which take precedence over these terms.

Program: Clarity Control Films offers text messaging for inquiry follow-up, appointment reminders, customer care, and, if you opt in separately, marketing and promotional offers.

Age requirement: You must be 18 years of age or older to request, receive, or consent to text messages from us. If we learn that a person under 18 has opted in, we will remove that number from our messaging program as soon as we are able.

Opt-in: You opt in by checking the consent box on our forms or booking calendar. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us.

Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.

Opt-out: Text STOP to cancel at any time. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt in again.

Calls booked through our calendar can be rescheduled or canceled using the link in your confirmation. Production bookings follow the terms in your project agreement.

The site is provided "as is." Results from marketing services vary and are not guaranteed. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site.
